Any increases in entrance fees, government taxes, or fuel costs may result in an adjustment to the total tour price. Should this occur, you will be informed as early as possible.

In the event that the government designates an official viewing area in Luxor for the solar eclipse, additional access fees may apply. We will communicate all confirmed arrangements and costs once finalized.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation.

Cancellation fees are applied based on the date we receive your written request, as follows:

  • Cancellations made during 2026: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Cancellations made during 2027: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
