Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo on 25 Dec

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional local representative, who will assist you with immigration procedures, luggage collection, and airport formalities.

You will then be transferred in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Maadi, a quiet, leafy district overlooking the Nile. The remainder of the day is free to rest after your journey or enjoy your first moments in Egypt at your own pace.

Day 2: Tour of the Giza Pyramids & Saqqara on 26 Dec

After breakfast, begin your exploration of ancient Egypt with a guided visit to the legendary Giza Plateau. Stand before the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World, and admire the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. Booking Confirmation Policy

To ensure a smooth booking process with Tripianto, our payment terms vary depending on the service type:

  • Day Tours & Excursions: Full payment (100%) is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Multi-Day Tour Packages & Nile Cruises: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid at least 15 days before arrival.
  • Christmas, New Year & Easter Bookings: Due to high seasonal demand, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm reservations during these periods.

After payment, you will receive written confirmation, a tailored itinerary, and travel documents via email. Receipts for all payments will be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus any bank or transaction fees
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee of total tour cost
  • 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation notice. Some cruises or hotels may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated in your itinerary.

Children Policy

At Tripianto, we welcome families and offer the following children’s pricing:

  • Infants under 2 years: Free of charge
  • Children 2–5 years: 25% of adult price
  • Children 6–11 years: 50% of adult price
  • Children 12 years and above: Full adult price
